Integrating Outlook Express with Topmail
A guide
1. Ensure you have signed up
for a Topmail address.
2. Have the following information handy: your Topmail email address and
password.
3. In Outlook Express click on Tools -> Accounts. Select the Mail tab on
the screen.
4. Click on "Add" and then select "Mail..."
5. In the "Display Name" field enter your Full name as you would like to be
displayed to people receiving email from you, e.g. John Smith. Click "Next >"
6. In the email address field enter your full email address, e.g. yourname@topmail.co.uk. Click "Next
>"
7. In the "Incoming Server" field type www.topmail.co.uk
8. In the "Outgoing Server" field type www.topmail.co.uk. Click Next >
9. In the Username field enter your email address, e.g.
yourname@topmail.co.uk
10. In the Password field enter the password you used to setup your Topmail
account. Please check the box that says "Remember Password".
11. Click "Next >" and then "Finish"
12. Select the Account "www.topmail.co.uk". Click "Properties".
13. Select the "Servers" Tab. At the bottom check the box that says "My
server requires authentication".
14. Select the "Advanced" tab. At the bottom check the box that says "Leave a copy of messages on server"
15. Click "OK". Then click "Close".
16. Congratulations your Topmail address is now fully
setup.
