Signing Up
I can't sign up because the system keeps saying my passwords don't match. What is wrong?
The boxes that are labeled "Password" and "Confirm Password" must contain exactly the same entry. Clear them and try re-typing the password again in both identically. If you are sure that you have entered the same text in both and you are still receiving this message then contact support.
I can't sign up because the system says the "The mailbox name you specified is not available". What can I do?
This means that the mailbox you want has already been taken by somebody else. You will have to try another variation. for example if you wanted "yourname@topmail.co.uk" then try entering "yourname10" as the mailbox name, or another addition of numbers or text that is relevant to you. You need only enter the mailbox name you want - the "@topmail" part is assumed!
I signed up. How do I access my email account?
Once you have signed up, simply go to the login page and enter your mailbox name followed by your password and click "Login".
Using my Webmail account online
Where do I login to my Webmail account?
Once you have signed up, simply go to the login page on http://www.topmail.co.uk and enter your mailbox name followed by your password and click "Login".
I have forgotten my password. Can I get a reminder?
Yes. On the login page there is a link to retrieve a Forgotten Password. You can also access that function from by clicking here. Follow the simple onscreen instructions and you will receive a reminder by SMS.
I want to change my password. How do I do it?
When you are logged into the Webmail system you can change your password at any time. Click on the "options" link at the top of the screen. A new window will open. On the first tab you will see the option to change your existing password. First enter your existing password and then enter the new one twice, the second time for confirmation. Then click Update. A message will then let you know you have successfully changed your password.
How do I setup an Auto-Responder?
When logged into the Webmail system, click the "Options" link at the top of the page. A new window will open. At the top you will see a link for the "Auto Response" tab. Click on this. Check the box that says "Auto Response Enabled" and enter the full text of your response below that. Click update. IF you are using Outlook you can set up an auto responder through your desktop software!

I followed the setup instructions but my email is not working. What can I do?
Sometimes a company firewall or other technical policy may prevent POP3 email (the kind we are providing) from being used. First, carefully check all the details you have entered and ensure that they match those in the setup instructions. If this still does not resolve the problem ask your IT Administrator or contact whether Network settings prevent you from accessing this service through Outlook or Outlook Express.
Can I use my email through Outlook and on the Internet?
Yes. You can use your Topmail account through Outlook from your home or office computer, and still access your email through a web browser when abroad, or at another location. Simply logon at www.topmail.co.uk when abroad and sign in with your mailbox name and password as normal.
