Fix "Session" Time Out Issue

If, on logging in, your computer logs out immediately, you can fix this problem by changing your privacy settings to allow Topmail to use cookies with your web browser.

For example, in Internet Explorer take the following steps:

1. From the Menu select Tools and then "Internet Options"
2. Select the tab "Privacy"
3. Click the "Sites" button
4. In the field "Address of Website" type www.topmail.ie. Then click "Allow".
5. Close all dialog boxes and try logging in again.

The procedure will vary with each Internet Browser.
